Waitata Bay is a beautiful retreat based at the outer edge of the Pelorus Sounds. Their existing website needed a polish up and a refresh. It’s a Squarespace platform and needed fresh eyes to layer the information properly for the summer season. With new fonts, new layout, refined wording and new images the site came up well and will help with their online bookings.

I travelled and stayed there for a weekend and took some photos. I met the owners and got a good feel for the place, and while I was there and captured some short videos and made a 30 second promo video with a music sound track to give it a unique feel. The music was made on site in the Waterfall cabin with the fire roaring – it was very inspiring and cosy!

We used a lot of photos taken by guests during the summer season and you can tell that it’s a slice of heaven.
