My hourly rate to do extras or custom designs is $80 per hour + gst. (Trust me I can do a LOT in 1 hour!)

Hosting is $295 + GST per year (Slightly Different Ltd) Features a superfast NZ based server, great support (no time-wasting call centres), incl $400 worth of premium plugins that make the site perform faster, look better and do more things.

Premium WordPress theme licence is $99 + GST (one-off payment)

Domain name is $29.95 + GST per year (Slightly Different Ltd)
